Job Summary
The IT Coordinator supports and maintains the companys IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations, ensuring hardware, software, networks, and user support services function smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Maintenance & Security: Install and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts and system security, and assist in implementing cybersecurity measures.
- Administration: Coordinate IT projects and system upgrades, manage IT asset inventory, software licenses, and warranties, and ensure regular data backups are performed and tested.
- Documentation: Maintain records of IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
- UAE National (Valid UAE Passport and Family Book are mandatory).
- Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in an IT environment.

- Location: Head Office.
- Work Mode: On-Site only.
