Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Life Insurance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, APIs, and experience managing Agile delivery across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for Life Insurance applications.
- Manage Agile/Scrum teams, sprint planning, release management, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and Angular application delivery.
- Ensure quality, security, performance, and compliance throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with Business, PMO, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams.
Required Skills
- 15–20 years of IT experience with 3–5+ years in Delivery Management.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Angular 14+, TypeScript, SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps/GitHub, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus.
- Good understanding of OAuth2, API Security, OWASP, Vault/Key Vault.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted delivery tools.
- Hands-on experience in Life Insurance (Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Product Configuration, or Partner Integrations).

- AWS/Azure Cloud
- Camunda/Flowable, Drools
- JMeter/k6, Cypress/Playwright
- Knowledge of IRDAI compliance and regulated release processes.
