IT Delivery, Specialist

Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking an IT Delivery, Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of IT projects and technical initiatives
• Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams and external vendors
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Support project reporting and status updates
• Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items
• Assist in issue and risk management
• Support testing, deployment, and transition activities
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Ensure project activities align with organizational standards and timelines
  
  

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field
  
  

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IT project delivery, project coordination, or a similar role
• Proven experience supporting IT projects from planning through implementation
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
