Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for an IT Digital Support Supervisor with expertise in Genesys. The IT Digital Support Supervisor will oversee and manage day-to-day technical operations, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues. Responsibilities include supervising a technical team, managing support requests, optimizing the performance of the Genesys platform, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless support and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Information Technology and Technical Support
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Proven experience in Team Leadership and Team Management
  • Expertise in Genesys software is mandatory
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in a customer support or contact center environment is preferred
