IT & Digital Transformation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Group's IT and Digital Transformation strategy.
• Lead IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
• Drive AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee ERP, Microsoft 365, BIM, project management platforms, and business intelligence solutions.
• Manage IT vendors, technology governance, compliance, and high-performing IT teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or Engineering
• 8–15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, and ERP systems
• Experience in construction or engineering industries is highly preferred
• Familiarity in ERP Implementation.
• Knowledge of BIM, AI, Power BI, SharePoint, Procore, Primavera P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms is an advantage
