Location: Saudi Arabia

ICT Director Experience in Steel or Cement industry from 11 to 17 Years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the ICT strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and future growth.

Lead the management of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, data centers, cloud

solutions, and cybersecurity.

Oversee ERP systems, applications, and digital platforms required for manufacturing and

operational excellence.

Drive digital transformation initiatives across operations, automation, IoT, and data

analytics.

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, SLAs, and technology procurement.

Establish IT policies, cybersecurity procedures, disaster recovery plans, and business

continuity frameworks.

Ensure high system availability, performance, and 24/7 operational support.

Lead and develop the ICT team, ensuring continuous skills development and strong

service delivery.

Support operational departments through technology solutions, data systems, and

automation.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data-protection requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or

related field.

Master's degree or professional certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNP, CISM) preferred.

12+ years of progressive ICT experience, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and

systems leadership.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or steel industry environments highly preferred.

Demonstrated success in digital transformation and enterprise technology

modernization.
