IT Director - Hospitality/Real Estate

A leading real estate and hospitality organisation is seeking an IT Director - Hospitality/Real Estate to lead technology strategy across its commercial and hospitality businesses. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will partner with senior business leaders to drive application, data and digital transformation initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

You will lead the technology roadmap for the hospitality and real estate business, acting as the key technology partner to business stakeholders. This includes driving application and data initiatives, overseeing technology project delivery, managing budgets and vendors, and ensuring technology solutions align with business priorities and governance requirements. You will also lead and develop a high-performing team while identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI.

Requirements

You have significant experience in technology leadership, with essential experience in the hospitality and real estate industry. You possess strong expertise in enterprise applications, data platforms and digital transformation, together with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions. Proven leadership, commercial acumen and experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives are key to success in this role.
