IT Executive (Egypt)
Location: Egypt (onsite)
The IT Executive will provide technical support to internal users, manage essential IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of company devices, software, and network infrastructure. This role involves setting up and maintaining workstations, administering user accounts across Office 365 and thirdparty applications, monitoring server performance, and assisting in maintaining operational systems used across the business. The ideal candidate is proactive, detailoriented, able to work independently, and comfortable supporting global teams by working night and weekend shifts when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts and permissions across Microsoft Office 365 and various thirdparty platforms.
- Set up, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, and related equipment for company users.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes by preparing devices and managing access rights.
- Administer and support internal operations tools such as Slack, Jira, Salesforce.
- Manage external communication tools used with clients (e.g., LiveChat, SMS providers, etc.).
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely support to employees.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the office network, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and cabling.
- Ensure network stability and resolve connectivity issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing an office network (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches/routers).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
- Ability to manage users across multiple thirdparty business systems.
- Basic understanding of monitoring systems and server performance tracking.
- Ability to follow and execute scripts created by senior engineers.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends based on operational needs.
