IT Executive

We are seeking a proactive and motivated IT Executive to support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and systems. This position is suitable for candidates with at least 2 years of IT experience who are eager to learn, develop their technical skills, and grow within a dynamic working environment.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day IT support, assist with system administration, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support ongoing IT improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Support network, server, and cybersecurity maintenance activities.
• Monitor IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
• Assist in software deployments, system upgrades, and IT projects.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred

• Experience supporting network devices, servers, or cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Exposure to ERP systems or business applications would be an advantage.
