Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive onsite and remote technical support for Windows 10, Android, and iOS devices.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, email, internet, and network printer issues.
  • Deliver, tag, set up, and assist in the configuration of desktops, laptops, and peripherals for end users.
  • Maintain and update incident tickets using an IT service management tool.
  • Offer Smart Hands support for network and data center environments.
  • Support meeting rooms and AV equipment, including Polycom systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Perform additional IT-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2- 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with:

- Active Directory

-Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive

-Windows 10, Android, and iOS platforms

  • Familiarity with LAN networking concepts and server room environments is a plus.
  • ITIL certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
