Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive onsite and remote technical support for Windows 10, Android, and iOS devices.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, email, internet, and network printer issues.
- Deliver, tag, set up, and assist in the configuration of desktops, laptops, and peripherals for end users.
- Maintain and update incident tickets using an IT service management tool.
- Offer Smart Hands support for network and data center environments.
- Support meeting rooms and AV equipment, including Polycom systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
- Perform additional IT-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Active Directory
-Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive
-Windows 10, Android, and iOS platforms
- Familiarity with LAN networking concepts and server room environments is a plus.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
