Job Title: IT Finance Manager

Department: IT Finance

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage IT Finance, Vendor Management, invoicing and telecom expenses.
• Manage IT contracts, renewals, amendments and financial commitments.
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Manage service charges, accruals, amortization, WIP accounts and P&L reporting.
• Support IT budgeting, forecasting and cost control activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial, procurement and governance policies.
• Manage and develop the IT Finance and Vendor Management team.
• Resolve contract and invoice-related issues, discrepancies, and payment delays.
• Handle vendor escalations related to contracts, invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and vendors to resolve contractual and financial issues.
• Identify financial risks and cost optimization opportunities.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Around 5 years of experience
