We are seeking an IT Governance & Business Analyst Officer(Arbic Speaker) to support our IT governance framework, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain IT governance and compliance frameworks.
- Manage IT risks, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for IT systems and applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and government entities.
- Support audits, reporting, and digital transformation projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 46 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or business analysis.
- Experience in UAE government/public sector preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.

- Proficiency in documenting business and technical requirements.
