To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new IT governance & change Management Intern

Purpose:

This opportunity is designed for recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Information Technology, with a focus on IT Governance, Change Management, and IT Service Management (ITSM). The interns will support daily operational activities, governance processes, reporting, documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the coordination and administration of IT Change Management activities.
  • Maintain change records and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Participate in change review meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action trackers.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards related to Change Management KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Support the review and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain governance documentation and ensure proper version control.
  • Coordinate with different IT teams to collect information required for governance activities.
  • Support audit preparation activities by organizing documentation and evidence.
  • Perform administrative and analytical tasks related to IT Governance and IT Service Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Recent graduate (0–1 years of experience).
  • Strong interest in IT Governance, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Change Management.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts, networking, operating systems, or software development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and develop professionally.
