Purpose
IT Governance Lead responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization's IT governance framework, ensuring that IT strategies, policies, and objectives are aligned with business goals.
- Lead audits and assessments to ensure adherence to security and privacy policies.
- Define and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure consistent, efficient, and secure operations across all IT systems and platforms.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of IT governance practices and ensure continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT governance-related matters. Work with various departments (e.g., Security, Compliance, Legal, and Operations) to ensure coordination and adherence to governance standards.
- Lead IT audits and produce regular reports on the status of IT governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the investigation and resolution of any IT governance-related incidents, including security breaches, or compliance violations.
- Work closely with IT security, risk management, and business continuity teams to ensure that IT governance activities align with broader organizational risk management strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree Required: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, bachelor of Information Technology or any IT Degree.
- Professional Certificate .: ITIL certification & COBIT certification
