Job Tasks, Responsibilities, and Duties:
1.Providing smooth running of all company PCs and peripherals.
2.Installing & maintaining operating systems and other applications.
3.Providing smooth running of company automated small systems including
readymade
developed systems.
4.Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company-supported
applications.
5.Troubleshoot computer problems.
6.Advise staff on appropriate action.
7.Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.
8.Document resolutions for future reference. Main Tasks, Duties & Technical
Responsibilities:
9.Handle Printers, Monitors, and UPS maintenance with an external supplier
10.Communicate with external maintenance handling
11.Responsible for supporting company engineers with MS Office applications and
other
standard applications.
12.Responsible for preparing and executing a Maintenance Scheduling Program
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
Industry certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+,
Azure/AWS certifications.
