  • Working on an IVR, troubleshooting, resolving issues
  • Logging tickets
  • Dealing with escalations
  • Awareness and action managing Active Directory.
  • Escalating issues where needed.

  • IG/ Eatec
  • Printer ( MyQ )
  • Active Directory/ Office 365
  • PAM
  • RMG ( Signage)
  • Network Applications ( ISE, Fortinet VPN)
