Job Summary

We are looking for experienced IT Helpdesk Engineers to provide first-level technical support, resolve IT issues, and ensure efficient end-user support in an enterprise environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (Mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years of IT Helpdesk/Technical Support experience.
  • Valid, accredited ITIL Certification (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
