MedNet Egypt is one of the leading managed care service organisation that caters to healthcare needs. We are looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk Support who will process and evaluate all medical claims efficiently and accurately according to scope of coverage and provider's contracts.
Your Job
- Serve as the first point of contact with employees who need technical assistance via the phone, email, or in-person
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnosis techniques, resolve technical hardware and/or software issues and maintain IT inventory
- Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide technical and relevant information on IT products or services
- Keep a record of problems and their resolution
- Follow-up with vendors and other IT personnel
- Provide feedback on processes, make recommendations on areas to improve and suggest improvements to support procedures.
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalogue on the installation of software, configuration of hardware, and problem troubleshooting
Your Profile
- BA in IT, Computer Science, or similar relevant field
- 1+ years experience as an IT Help Desk with exposure to IT infrastructure, monitoring systems and service desk applications.
- Have exposure to CCNA and MCSA topics, preferably certified
- Excellent command of English language, verbally and in writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
