Key Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Management & Project Leadership
- Manage all IT infrastructure: servers, networks, storage, backup, DR, cloud, and on-premise environments
- Oversee IT security operations (access control, security policy compliance, audit responses)
- Lead new infrastructure projects: define requirements, review architecture, manage schedule, budget, risks, and external vendors
Application & ERP Operations Management
- Ensure smooth operation of in-house and ERP applications
- Lead and improve application development projects
- Coordinate internal and outsourced development teams
- Oversee the full application lifecycle: planning, development, operations, and improvements
- Implement robust failure and issue management systems
IT Organization Management
- Lead IT teams in infrastructure, security, and applications
- Define team roles, assign priorities, and monitor performance
- Establish and maintain IT operational standards
IT Governance & Operations
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and response systems
- Manage IT assets, licenses, and budgets
- Communicate IT priorities with leadership and business units
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including infrastructure or application development
- Proven experience managing IT teams (minimum 5 people)
- Solid IT project management background (infrastructure or application)
Skills & Certifications
- Strong communication skills to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with IT operations in mid-to-large-scale enterprises
- ITIL Foundation (Intermediate or higher preferred)
- At least one of the following certifications:
- PMP / PRINCE2
- CISSP / CISM
- Microsoft or AWS-related certifications
