Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on L2 Infrastructure Engineer to support our on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The role requires strong knowledge of servers, VMware, SAN/NAS storage, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure (L2 level). The candidate will act as the local UAE infrastructure resource, providing datacenter smart-hands support, VIP support, and coordination with the India-based Infrastructure & Cloud Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain physical servers, VMware, SAN/NAS storage, and Windows Server environments.
- Provide datacenter smart-hands support including hardware troubleshooting, rack & stack, cabling, and vendor coordination.
- Support Microsoft Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, backup, networking basics, and monitoring.
- Administer and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication and assist in disaster recovery activities.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Perform server patching, health monitoring, preventive maintenance, and routine infrastructure support.
- Manage Active Directory users, permissions, security groups, and Group Policies.
- Provide dedicated VIP and executive user support.
- Coordinate with the Remote Infrastructure Team for project implementation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and escalations.
- Monitor infrastructure availability and support incident resolution within SLA.
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of Infrastructure Support experience.

- Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)

- ITIL Foundation
Role Objective:
