Oversee the day-to-day operations of our data center, including: managing physical servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and network infrastructure, ensuring efficient resource allocation and high availability.
Monitor and optimize servers performance and conduct regular server health checks.
Troubleshoot and resolve servers problems, collaborating with the IT support team as needed.
Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure.
Ensure all systems and configurations are complied with hospital policies and industry standards.
Administer and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, and Wi-Fi)
set up, monitor and upgrade wireless infrastructures (Wi-Fi controllers, access points)
Database Management: installation, configuration, backup, and performance tuning.
Administer and maintain Active Directory services
Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the Hospital IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in computer science/engineering
3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or virtualization
Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V ) and network infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba) in enterprise environments
Ability to interpret network diagrams and troubleshoot complex environments
Proficient with server operations and maintenance, including system optimization and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
