- Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
- Handle and replace chemicals, including drum changes, following safety protocols.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations on machine components and yield issues.
- Follow maintenance procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Assemble and align machine parts using tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Support equipment improvement activities and assist with projects aimed at increasing reliability and efficiency.
- Complete tasks as assigned by Leads and Supervisors, including offline maintenance support.
About You
- Diploma or ITE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or related disciplines).
- Strong team player with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to safety standards.
- Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts.
Your Experience Includes:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance or similar roles.
- Prior experience in a cleanroom environment or in servicing manufacturing equipment is a strong advantage.
