The Role
Manage all necessary internal and external activities of I.T. on Infrastructure, Service Management, Governance, Monitoring and Continuity & define and provide overarching IT infrastructure, Service Management, Governance, Monitoring and Continuity to fit operational requirements.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
1.Ensuring all installation of network infrastructure, systems, VOIP, Mail systems, and security devices for central and remote locations.
2.Ensuring safety for Communication of Allianz Saudi Arabia by using secure gateways, encryption or other available methods.
3.Evaluate the overall IT infrastructure capacity in order to ensure optimum system performance
4.Plan, coordinate, and implement new IT Infrastructure projects and solutions.
5.Managing Systems and Network staff, assigning and organizing tasks, and overseeing implementations and upgrades.
6.Mentors, coaches, and manages direct reports by establishing specific goals and objectives.
7.Review Designing, implementing for all Communication, networks, Systems and participate in IT security design for Head Office, Branches, POS, VASCO, BSF and Allianz Group.
8.Providing recommendations and assistance concerning hardware, system software and network design or changes to enhance their performance, utilization and security of IT resources.
9.Checking the network installation meets the relevant information security requirements.
10.Checking the Systems installation meets the relevant information security requirements.
11.Ensure high availability and redundancy for all infrastructure nodes.
12.Assisting in solving all technical problems.
13.Notifying the Head of IT of network or system failures and taking appropriate actions to address such failures.
14.Responsible for strategic planning, presenting/proposing, managing, supporting projects related to the infrastructure and operations also assist Head of IT for planning dialogs.
15.Responsible for Data Center, DR site and Branches IT Infrastructure.

Experiences required
Bachelors degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or project management discipline
8 years in an IT discipline with at least 2 years project management experience
Highly recommended PMP certified or similar project management certificates.
