Professional IT certifications are preferred (not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of:
Laptop maintenance and repair
Handling computers and printers
Operating systems and technical troubleshooting
Willingness to learn and develop skills
Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure

Diagnose and resolve technical issues
Perform hardware maintenance and follow up on device issues
Requirements
IT or Computer Science student or fresh graduate
foundation in hardware, Windows, and networking basics
Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI)
Understanding of infrastructure basics (servers, storage, and networking)
Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
Fast learner with strong communication skills
