IT Lead

Adecco Middle East is looking for an IT Lead to join its team in Dubai. This role will be covering the UAE and KSA.

Job Purpose

To own IT & Digital topics across both UAE & KSA countries, be proactive, maintain a close relationship with local suppliers and most important be close to the business. Create and maintain relationships with the different global ITD functions. You will be the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all ITD topics.

Key Accountabilities & Tasks

• Own a number of Infrastructure & Operations topics.
• Own the process of computer set-ups for newcomers (emails, network, internet, Adecco web, VPN etc).
• Support the business on ITD governance topics.
• Support the countries with the adoption of AI and new tools/applications.
• Be able to share executive style updates towards the senior stakeholders.
• Responsible for the Critical application Change management Process.
• Be the owner of the local ITD budget with details.

• Relevant working experience for 5 years in a similar environment.
