Responsible for validating digital initiatives by supporting requirement gathering, defining test plans and test strategies, estimating QA effort, and driving test automation. The role ensures QA team alignment and time delivery across Wed, POS, LMD, E-commerce platforms and Mobile applications.
Job Responsibilities Understand Testing & Release requirements and lay down the overall testing approach accordingly
Hands on Experience on Retail backed systems like Magento/commerce tools and a solid understanding of Ecommerce knowledge helps team to create positive workflows, negative scenarios, and customer centric cases.
Perform test automation feasibility and hands on experience using selenium, Appium or similar libraries, defect slippages, RCA's and plan for test automation coverage/ metrics, Integration with GIT & CICD tools.
Hands on experience on UI & web-service manual validation & Test automation across the platforms Web, M-web, Mobile apps (IOS & Android) of digital/omni-channel landscape systems by following STLC process.
Leading the test strategy and collaborating with the QA manager to define and implement organization-wide quality strategies, processes, and best practices.
Support Defect triage, defect prioritization, retesting and defect closure
Review and provide feedback on test cases, test scripts, and test automation code developed by QA engineers, ensuring that they adhere to best practices and quality standards.
Hands on experience on POS validation & Last mile delivery systems like fareye
Knowledge on SAP, SCM, Marketplace, OMS, PIM & AWS systems would be added advantage.
Knowledge on Database, performance & security testing would be plus.
Perform sanity/regression tests before and after the releases over the specified environments.
Ensures team has adequate training, consulting and tools to deliver objectives
