Our client is currently hiring for the position of IT Manager.
Responsibilities:
. Lead, develop, and implement regional IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives
. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, servers, and software applications
. Ensure high system availability, performance, data integrity, and cybersecurity across all locations
. Develop, review, and maintain IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity protocols, disaster recovery plans, and backup strategies
. Manage IT service delivery and ensure effective support for all departments
. Identify technology needs, assess system requirements, and recommend appropriate technical solutions
. Plan and manage IT budgets, procurement, license renewals, and vendor relationships
. Provide technical leadership for digital transformation, automation, and process improvements
. Ensure compliance with local and international IT security standards, data protection regulations, and audit requirements
. Conduct IT risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability analysis
. Coordinate and support global IT teams on corporate systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and infrastructure projects
. Lead incident response, troubleshoot system failures, and oversee root cause analysis of IT issues
