IT Manager

Qatar International Academy for Security Studies (QIASS) delivers professional security training and education, supported by reliable technology and business systems.

QIASS is seeking an IT Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the Academy's technology environment. The role focuses on maintaining reliable IT systems, supporting users, contributing to infrastructure improvements, and ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services.

• Support the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and end-user systems.
• Maintain user accounts, backups, system documentation, and IT assets.
• Assist with infrastructure improvements, system upgrades, and technology projects.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to system security, patch management, and IT best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure effective technical support.
• Provide timely assistance to staff and help resolve technical issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional IT administration experience.
• Good knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, virtualization, backup and recovery.
• Strong communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
