IT Manager / Senior IT Manager (Infrastructure & Property Technology)

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-time | On-site

About The Role

Our client, is a high-growth residential real estate owner-operator business in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a hands-on IT Manager / Senior IT Manager to own its technology infrastructure across the corporate office and its property portfolio.

This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the detail. You'll solve problems day to day while building the structure, processes and scalable solutions the business needs as it grows. You'll also work closely with the projects and development team on new builds and technology handovers.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Corporate IT

  • Running day-to-day IT infrastructure, including network, servers/cloud, end-user support, devices and access management
  • Making sure employees have reliable, secure and well-supported technology
  • Managing IT service providers and holding them to agreed service levels

Property IT / Infrastructure

  • Owning property technology across the portfolio, including connectivity, CCTV, access control, fibre and related infrastructure
  • Managing vendors, integrators and service providers for property systems
  • Handling ongoing property technology requirements, maintenance and issue resolution

Projects & New Builds

  • Working with the projects/development team on technology design, setup and handover for new buildings
  • Making sure systems are delivered, tested and handed over properly into operations

Structure & Process

  • Putting IT policies, processes, documentation and asset management in place
  • Moving the function from reactive support to scalable, well-run operations

What We're Looking For

  • Around 5–10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and operations
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, end-user computing and access management
  • Exposure to property or building technology such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling/fibre, connectivity or ELV systems
  • Proven experience managing vendors and service providers
  • Experience delivering technology projects or implementations, ideally including new builds, fit-outs or handovers
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in a growing environment
  • Background in real estate, property development, hospitality, mixed-use or facilities management is a strong advantage
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft 365/Azure) are a plus
