Key Responsibilities
Network Support
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and access points
- Monitor network performance and report issues to senior engineers
- Support troubleshooting of network connectivity problems
IT Infrastructure Support
- Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN and wireless networks
- Support system upgrades, patching, and hardware installations
- Help manage network security and user access controls
Technical Support
- Provide basic IT and network support to users
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain network diagrams, records, and technical documentation
- Update incident logs and support tickets
Health & Safety / Compliance
- Follow company IT policies and security procedures
- Ensure compliance with network and cybersecurity standards
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
- Internship or academic project experience is a plus
