IT Officer (UAE National)

Job Title: IT Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive IT Officer to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and business systems. The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, support end users, and help maintain the security and reliability of the organization's IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network, systems, and cybersecurity controls.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT assets.
• Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
• Document IT incidents, solutions, and inventory records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and IT security principles.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.
