Job Description



This role provides technical leadership and oversight for entire infrastructure technology stack.

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 10+ years.
  • Preferred Functional Certifications:ITIL v4
  • Domain Oversight: Manages the data centre, physical and virtual servers (VMWare, Hyper-V), storage systems, and cloud services.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Works closely with technical teams to proactively monitor IT services and ensure timely technical support to prevent service disruptions.
  • SLA Compliance: Monitors and directs actions to ensure all infrastructure requests and incidents are resolved within SLA targets.
  • System Maintenance: Oversees routine maintenance, housekeeping, and hardware replacements in coordination with third-party vendors.
  • Core Technical Expertise Areas:
    • Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Oversight of physical and virtual server environments, including VMWare and Hyper-V.
    • Storage & Data Management: Expertise in managing Storage Area Networks (SAN) and complex backup/recovery solutions such as Commvault and Azure Backup Vault.
    • Business Continuity: Directing disaster recovery (DR) site operations and coordinating hardware maintenance with third-party vendors.
  • Technical Certifications:MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert), VCP (VMWare Certified Professional), Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Core Technical Expertise Areas: Hybrid infrastructure management (VMWare, Hyper-V), Microsoft Azure and data centre operations.
