Job Description
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and enterprise systems. Provide L1/L2 technical support, troubleshoot incidents, manage user accounts and access permissions, perform backups and recovery activities, support Microsoft 365 services, and ensure system availability.
