We are looking for a Hands-On IT Operations Expert to manage and operate our day-to-day IT environment.
This role is fully technical and requires someone who performs system administration work directly.
The ideal candidate is strong in Microsoft environments, endpoint management, patching, troubleshooting, and IT operations execution, with the ability to work independently and maintain stable operations.
Key Responsibilities (Hands-On Technical Work):
- Administer and operate Active Directory (users, groups, GPO, security, AD Connect).
- Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center including licenses, mail flow, compliance, and security.
- Administer Exchange Online, including troubleshooting and mailbox management.
- Administer SharePoint Online (permissions, site management).
- Manage and operate ManageEngine Endpoint Central (patch deployment, compliance, policies).
- Manage Intune MDM (device enrollment, policies, configurations).
- Handle Jira Service Management (workflow configuration, access management, ticketing setup).
- Serve as the technical point of contact with the SOC team regarding incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting for servers, endpoints, and network-related issues.
- Ensure smooth IT operations, security compliance, and timely patching.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- 57 years of hands-on experience in IT operations / system administration (not managerial).
- Strong expertise in:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 Admin
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint
- ManageEngine Endpoint Central
- Intune MDM
- Jira / Ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on technical tasks without supervision.
