Job Title: IT Operations Operator (Banking Systems)
Role Summary
We are looking for an IT Operations Operator with experience in banking production environments to support daily IT operations and ensure system availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support banking production systems and applications.
Perform system monitoring, incident reporting, and escalation management.
Ensure smooth operation of IT systems across production sites.
Support disaster recovery activities and contingency planning processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Requirements
Experience in IT operations within the banking sector.
Knowledge Of Banking Systems (experience With Misys Products Preferred).
Hands-on experience in system monitoring and incident management.
Understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) and business continuity processes.
