The IT Operations Specialist is responsible for daily IT operations, end-user support, procurement, and implementation of enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and A/V systems.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 admin and apps.
- Manage user accounts in AD/AAD, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Respond to phishing, malware, and security threats.
- Communicate critical security updates and align daily operations with ISO compliance.
- Resolve Level 1 requests within committed SLAs.
- Redirect/Escalate level 2 requests to the designated team.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Intune, Defender, and security policies.
- Administer Exchange Online and SharePoint sites.
- Configure Azure AD (MFA, conditional access, SSO).
- Support VM hosting in Azure and AWS.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless issues.
- Manage Huawei switches, access points, and routing.
- Support WAN optimization and network performance.
- Manage IT ticketing system and prioritize resolutions.
- Document recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.
- Handle procurement of IT hardware, software, and licenses.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and support Finance in verification.
- Drive automation using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and scripts.
- Implement solutions that improve productivity and user experience.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 35 years in IT operations with proven hands-on system implementation and user support experience.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Conversational fluency in Arabic desirable.
- Required Certifications: MS Intune are AZ-900 mandatory requirement. SC 100, SC 400, NSE 4, Huawei Switch Certification are advantageous.
