Job Description

We are seeking an IT Operations & Support Senior Specialist to provide technical assistance to our internal teams.

Role Overview:

Internal service role ensuring employees have secure, functional hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and access issues.
  • Provision and secure laptops and user accounts.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and enforce endpoint security policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • 3+ years in corporate IT support.
  • CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation certifications.
