Main Purpose
The IT PMO Non-Medical is responsible for leading IT projects related to the hospital's support functions, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timelines, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects related to hospital support functions.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Facilities, Biomedical, Maintenance, and other support departments.
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance and methodologies.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and dashboards.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Produce reports and updates for IT leadership.
- Coordinate business teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Support users during deployment, training, and change management phases.
- Ensure alignment between projects and the organization's digital transformation strategy.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI certification is highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in IT project management.
- Mandatory experience within a hospital or healthcare group.
- Strong experience in hospital support functions, including:
- Finance

- Procurement
- Facilities
- Maintenance
- Biomedical
- Hospital ERP systems
Skills
Technical Skills
- Project portfolio management.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with PMO tools.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business applications.
- Strong understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Experience with InterSystems TrackCare and SAP S/4HANA is required.
