IT Product specialist

Saudi Accreditation Center is looking for a qualified IT Product specialist who will be responsible for the planning and developing of IT products and solutions. You should define product roadmaps, prioritize features, oversee product development processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.

Your expertise in product management, requirements gathering and analysis, and technical understanding is essential for delivering innovative and customer-centric IT solutions. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, you should be analytical, accurate, innovative, organized and self-motivated, with a keen interest in understanding the organization's requirements and how they can be translated into smart solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
2. Leading project teams, coordinating activities, and assigning tasks to team members, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
3. Communicating project progress, updates, and status reports to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making.
4. Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and ensure project success.
5. Managing project documentation, including project plans, BRDs, FRDs, SRSs, AUTs, status reports, and documentation of project-related decisions and changes.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a relevant field.
2. 3+ years of experience in software engineering and IT product management.
3. Strong skills in problem-solving, prioritization, interpersonal and communication, and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Having a project management certification like PMP or similar certification is a plus.
