IT Program Manager (Agile Coach)

Job Summary:

To lead the Agile transformation and maturity journey across the EMEA IT organization. This strategic role defines Agile standards, coaches leaders and teams at all levels, and ensures Agile practices are effectively scaled and integrated with the broader PMO governance to maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities:

· Enterprise Agile Leadership: Define, lead, and standardize Agile transformation initiatives and scaling strategies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) across the EMEA portfolio.

· Coaching at All Levels: Provide one-on-one and group coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, senior leaders, and executives on Agile mindset, principles, and servant leadership.

· Culture & Mindset Change: Champion and facilitate the cultural shift towards Agile values, continuous learning, and data-driven experimentation.

· Strategic Integration: Collaborate with PMO leadership to seamlessly integrate Agile methodologies into project/program planning, governance, and portfolio management.

· Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Design enterprise-level dashboards for Agile KPIs. Diagnose systemic challenges and implement Lean/Agile improvements that span multiple business units.

· Practice Development: Establish and maintain communities of practice. Mentor other coaches and Agile practitioners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 6+ years of hands-on experience in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Team Coach).

· Demonstrated track record of leading Agile transformations or large-scale Agile implementations.

Skills:

· Expertise in multiple Agile frameworks and scaling approaches (SAFe, LeSS, DA).

· Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.

· High emotional intelligence and advanced stakeholder management, capable of influencing C-level executives.

· Visionary leadership with a deep understanding of organizational design and change management.

Certifications:

· PMI-ACP or Advanced Agile Coaching certification (e.g., ICP-ACC, ICE-AC).

· SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Prince2 Agile.

· Other: 20+ hours of continuing Agile education per year.
