Job Description
- Own the end to end delivery of a multi-stream IT program across enterprise systems
- Develop and manage the integrated program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies
- Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and RAID management
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams, vendors, and system integrators
- Oversee system implementations, integrations, and technical delivery
- Manage UAT cycles, data migration, cutover planning, training coordination, and hypercare
- Track risks, issues, and interdependencies and escalate proactively
- Provide clear executive-level status updates and delivery reporting
- Drive delivery discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of IT program or project management experience
- Proven delivery of multi system enterprise implementations (ERP, CRM, PMIS, core platforms)
- Background in mature, structured IT organisations with strong governance and controls
- Experience delivering programs across international or multi country environments
- Strong program governance and PMO discipline
- Experience managing multiple vendors and parallel delivery streams
- Solid understanding of enterprise systems and integration landscapes
- Experience operating in transformation type environments while applying proven delivery frameworks
- Relevant degree; professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) preferred
