IT Project Coordinator - Insurance

Nair Systems is currently looking IT Project Coordinator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Required skills and qualifications:

Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA

Quality Assurance test experience in the past: Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing

Being able to write procedures, prepare Training materials for a new system

Training experience

High-level knowledge on Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process

Preparing Management regular reports

Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots

Preparing executive summaries, presentations/status reports and management Dashboards

Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, and logs. Etc) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.

Assist senior project managers for day to day activities

Manage small sized Projects

Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
