Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software development and business application projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with software development teams and exposure to ERP/CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support IT projects from initiation to delivery.
- Work closely with developers, business users, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and executed.
- Track project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, reports, and status updates.
- Support software development lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, and user training.
- Collaborate with teams working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and similar ERP/CRM platforms.
- Monitor project tasks and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Help manage change requests, issue tracking, and project coordination activities.
- Participate in system implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to quality standards and business requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT project coordination or software development projects.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or similar enterprise applications.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to system integration projects.
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, or business process automation.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise application projects.
