We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly capable IT Project Manager at the Associate level to join the Technology Department, supporting a high-performing North America-focused team within a prestigious and globally recognized financial services organization.
This role requires strong project execution capabilities, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of investment management operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery
- Manage the full project lifecycle in accordance with the organization's project management methodology (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track progress, manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder & Team Engagement
- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and facilitating coordination.
- Communicate clearly across all levels, providing updates, reports, and strategic insights.
Strategic Project Execution
- Manage a portfolio of technology projects, with a focus on application development, data analytics, infrastructure enhancements, and enterprise systems.
- Contribute to the execution of transformation initiatives that improve internal capabilities and operational performance.
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Budget, Procurement & Compliance
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial planning and approvals.
- Lead procurement processes including RFP/RFQ drafting, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, data security, legal frameworks, and audit standards.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and lessons learned.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
