Your New Role

As a Project Manager based in Riyadh, you will take charge of projects related to advanced cloud platforms, AI, robotics services, and smart infrastructure, driving their successful implementation across the region. You will act as a key link between international technical headquarters and Saudi Arabian stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution, governance, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management including planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and closing of projects.
• Manage large-scale and complex technology projects while ensuring delivery strictly within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related).
• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale or multi-stakeholder technology projects.
• Core Skills: Proven experience managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and navigating international/multicultural environments.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working directly with Saudi government entities or large public-sector projects.
• Familiarity with modern project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Notion).
• Experience in delivering Digital Twin projects (involving 3D modeling, geospatial data, IoT, or smart city platforms).
