IT Project Manager Fraud Management Implementation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of Fraud Management solutions within a banking environment. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, implementation planning, and ensuring successful deployment within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Fraud Management solution implementation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, security, risk, and other stakeholders.
• Manage requirements, solution implementation, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, and overall delivery status.
• Prepare regular project status reports and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with banking, information security, and technology standards.
  
  

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within banking/financial services.
• Proven experience in Fraud Management / Fraud Detection solution implementation.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and SDLC.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, reporting, and governance.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
