We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale IT Services engagements across Government entities, Giga Projects, and enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong experience managing a blended portfolio of Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services projects. The successful candidate will manage complex project portfolios, large delivery teams, project financials, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Program Delivery:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Managed and Services projects.
- Develop project plans, delivery roadmaps, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and governance frameworks.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects and programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests, and take corrective actions when required.
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
Managed Services Delivery:
- Manage transition, transformation, and steady-state Managed Services engagements.
- Ensure delivery of agreed SLAs, KPIs, service quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Drive service improvement initiatives, operational governance, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with service delivery teams to ensure seamless operations, service continuity, and issue resolution.
Government & Giga Projects:
- Lead strategic delivery engagements for Government entities, Public Sector organizations, and Giga Projects.
- Manage complex stakeholder environments involving clients, consultants, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, security, and contractual requirements.
- Drive successful delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
Portfolio & Financial Management:
- Manage high-value project portfolios with responsibility for budget, revenue, profitability, and resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain project financial forecasts, cost management plans, and revenue tracking mechanisms.
- Prepare executive-level project and portfolio status reports.
- Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of delivery resources.
Leadership & Resource Management:
- Lead and manage large cross-functional teams including Project Leads, Consultants, Architects, Engineers, Analysts, and Delivery Specialists.
- Manage teams of at least 30+ resources across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Drive team performance, coaching, mentoring, and capability development.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-focused delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct steering committee meetings, governance reviews, status reporting, and executive briefings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage escalations and drive timely issue resolution.
Governance, Risk & Quality Management:
- Establish project governance structures, delivery controls, and reporting mechanisms.
- Implement risk management, quality assurance, and change management practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational PMO standards and delivery methodologies.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum 8+ years of Project Management experience within IT Services organizations.
- Proven experience delivering Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services engagements.
- Experience managing large-scale Government, Public Sector, or Giga Project programs.
- Proven track record of managing high-value project portfolios and significant budget responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience leading delivery teams of 30+ professionals.
- Experience working within IT Services, System Integration, Consulting, or Managed Services environments.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's Degree preferred.
