Roles Overview:-- Lead large-scale technology and transformation projects across Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Asset Management.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of wealth management platforms and technology solutions.
- Drive delivery across business, technology, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:-- Lead end-to-end Wealth Management and Private Banking transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Lead implementation and integration of wealth and asset management platforms.
- Coordinate business requirements, product gap analysis, solution design, integration, and data migration.
- Manage multiple vendors and technology partners across complex transformation programs.
- Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure projects meet quality, regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
- Drive project governance, reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communication.
- Lead cross-functional teams through planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition.

Skills & Requirements:-- 15+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
- 8+ years leading large-scale Wealth & Asset Management platform implementations.
- Experience delivering complex multi-vendor transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology executives.
- PMP Certification.
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Project/Program Management.
- Experience in platform transformation, product gap analysis, solution design, systems integration, and data migration.
- Strong vendor, budget, risk, schedule, and change management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
