Role Purpose
To lead the implementation, integration, optimization, and performance of restaurant applications, AI systems, and IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, operational continuity, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle management of restaurant systems including POS, ERP, HRMS, CRM, and AI platforms.
- Manage end-to-end system integrations across finance, HR, loyalty programs, payment gateways, and delivery aggregators.
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and system reliability across all restaurant branches.
- Lead system administration, access management, IT security, compliance, and data governance initiatives.
- Drive AI-enabled forecasting, labor optimization, and customer analytics capabilities.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
- Lead new restaurant IT setup, system rollouts, upgrades, and data migration projects.
- Manage technical support operations, SLA compliance, incident resolution, and business continuity coverage.
- Oversee vendor management, contract performance, IT governance, KPI reporting, budgeting, and strategic technology planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing enterprise applications and infrastructure in a multi-location environment.
- Strong experience in restaurant technology systems (POS, ERP, HRMS, CRM).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), and reporting tools (Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, payment gateways, and delivery aggregator platforms.
- Good understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and Saudi PDPL compliance.
- Professional certifications (ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, AWS, Cybersecurity) are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management, and project execution skills.
