Position: Sales Account Manager.
Location: Dokki, Cairo.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in the same field.
Gender: Males & Females.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on customer accounts and sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales orders from placement until final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Purchasing, Warehouse.) to ensure smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account status and sales performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all customer orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field (Sales Account Management / IT Sales / Customer Accounts).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
